The 2022 Business Expo Ipswich is brought to you by the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce.
No booking is confirmed until full payment is made to the Ipswich Region Chamber of Commerce.
All exhibitors must hold current Public Liability Insurance.
Your exhibit must be set-up during bump-in 1pm – 5pm on Wednesday 8th June 2022. If you have hired a booth it will already be set up for you.
Exhibitors will also have access to the venue between 7:30am and 5:00pm on Thursday 9th June 2022 and from 7:30am to 10:00am Friday 10th June 2022 for bump-out.
No cancellations or refunds can be given after payment is made however exhibitor stalls may be transferred to another business.
Your exhibit should remain in place for the full Expo day and due to the evening event, pack-down is only permitted between 7:30am - 10am Friday 10th June 2022. Security staff will be employed to ensure stall contents are safe.
Excluding Business Expo Sponsor's exhibits, your stall placement will be allocated randomly - it is not possible to select your exhibit location.
Exhibitors will be liable for any damage caused to hired equipment including gazebos, tables, chairs and linen.
Every exhibit must have a “stand” which matches the size of the stall.

COVID-19 restrictions apply to this event and in compliance with current legislation both exhibitors and attendees must be able to show proof of vaccination status. Exhibitors should also provide their own hand sanitisers and wipes to ensure the risk of spread is minimised.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas as signed.
Excessive drinking and illicit drugs are strictly prohibited at the Expo. Anyone who is found to be in possession of illicit drugs or is drunk and disorderly will be removed from the premises.
Exhibitors must present and conduct themselves in an appropriate manner during the expo.
Dangerous activities are not prohibited at the event. Dangerous activities include but are not limited to, open flames, extreme heat surfaces, gas use of any kind, fireworks, firearms, explosive devices and personal confrontations.
Any signage brought by exhibitors may be used in their assigned exhibit stand only.
Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of any rubbish and waste at their exhibit.
In the event that the 2022 Business Expo Ipswich is cancelled for any reason you will receive a refund less any transaction processing fees.
All attendees of the Ipswich Business Expo must follow the instructions of the current Qld Health Public Health Orders. Exhibitors should also provide their own hand sanitisers and wipes to ensure the risk of spread is minimised.
